Technical Product Owner / Project Manager – Finland
We are looking for a Technical Product Owner / Project Manager to join our integration team and combine smooth project management with technical understanding.
CRM-service Oy is a Finnish software company that has developed an easy-to-use and scalable SaaS-based CRM solution. We help organizations manage their customer relationships, processes, and interactions efficiently. The company was founded in 2007, and our operations are built on customer-driven product development and agile ways of working.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone to join our integration team who can take ownership of larger entities, drive things forward, and work naturally with both customers and developers.
What will your role include?
In this role, you will be responsible for overall integration development and act as an important link between the business, customers, and the technical team. Your daily work will include, for example:
- Managing the integration team’s tasks and priorities
- Maintaining and developing the R&D backlog
- Defining new integration and development projects together with customers in Finland and Sweden
- Coordinating projects and deployments in collaboration with project managers
- Investigating and resolving technical issues when needed
What do we expect from you?
Technical skills
- Experience with C# programming
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and file-based integrations (CSV, XML, JSON, SFTP)
- SOAP experience is considered an advantage
- Ability to read, evaluate, and challenge code and API specifications
- Experience in data modeling and field mapping
- Understanding of error handling, logging, and monitoring
- Basic knowledge of databases, authentication, and information security (e.g., OAuth)
Other competencies
- Strong administrative and organizational skills and the ability to take responsibility
- A practical, solution-oriented approach to work
- Fluent Finnish and English skills
- Swedish and/or other language skills are considered an advantage
- Previous experience in project or product management tasks in a customer-facing role
Considered an advantage
- Experience as a team lead or supervisor
- Understanding of financial administration and invoicing processes
- Experience with data integrations to third-party systems
