CRM-service Oy has acquired Clara Finland Oy

On 31 December 2025, CRM-service Oy completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Clara Finland Oy from its previous owners, HelsinkiMissio ry & CEO Timo Kuisma.

The acquisition is part of CRM-services strategic development and aims to ensure:

Broad operational system for different types of NPOs

Enhance the mission critical capabilities for social & health segment NPOs

Ensure development resources for current Clara customers

Clara Finland will continue its operations as part of the CRM-service Group, and its day-to-day business will continue as normal. The transaction will have no immediate impact on Clara Finland customer relationships, contracts, or personnel.

Through this transaction, we are able to ensure continued and increased investment in development for Clara’s existing customers, enabling even better services, scalability, and long-term value. The acquisition also opens a strategic pathway for the CRM-service to evolve into a leading platform solution for volunteer services within the Social & Health segment across the Nordic countries, supporting growth, collaboration, and impact at scale, says Turkka Yli-Hakala, CEO of CRM-service Oy.
