Head of Marketing

Be our first Head of Marketing and build the function at CRM-Service

CRM-Service is a Finnish CRM and membership platform fully dedicated to NPOs, civil society organisations, and membership-based organisations. We help mission-driven organisations manage members, donors, fundraising, communications, and case handling in one unified system.

As we enter an intensive growth phase and expand into new markets, marketing will be a critical driver of our growth journey, and we’re hiring our first Head of Marketing.

This is a true builder role. You’ll own marketing independently, shape the strategy, and build the operating model. If you’ve been operating in a T-shaped, hands-on marketing role (especially in B2B SaaS) and feel ready to step into your first Head of Marketing role, this opportunity is designed for you.

Why this role is special

This is an opportunity to join CRM-Service at a formative stage of its growth and take clear ownership of how marketing is built and operated.

  • You will have the opportunity to independently build the marketing function from scratch and shape the structures, tooling, and processes that support growth
  • You will define how marketing supports growth in the Nordics and, over time, expansion into new markets
  • You will work closely with leadership and collaborate across sales, product, and delivery
  • You will lead a renaming and rebranding project, as well as a full website renewal, during your first year
  • You will establish the foundations for demand generation and inbound marketing as a long-term growth capability

We value initiative, ownership, and the ability to work independently in a scaling environment. Experience matters, but so does curiosity, sound judgement, and the ability to figure things out.

What we’re looking for:

Experience & background

  • Experience in B2B marketing (SaaS strongly preferred) in an international setting
  • A varied, generalist background across multiple marketing disciplines
  • Strong background to demand generation, inbound, and growth-focused marketing
  • Experience working independently and owning outcomes

Mindset & strengths

  • Data-driven and comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
  • Strong ownership mentality—you see problems and fix them
  • Comfortable switching between strategy and hands-on execution
  • Curious, pragmatic, and ready to grow into a senior leadership role

  • Location: Sweden or Finland, preferably close to our offices in Stockholm, Malmö, Helsinki capital area, or Jyväskylä
  • Start date: As soon as you’re ready
