The Possibilities of Using Email Triggers are Expanding – December’s Release Notes

We are publishing email triggers to activities and support tickets in the December’s update later this week.
With email triggers, automatic emails can be sent to contacts that have been linked with activities or tickets. The email can notify about a new comment on a ticket or send a customer satisfaction survey after a meeting with a sales or customer service representative has been set as held.
