Our Contact Center product family has grown! The product family now includes tools for handling both outgoing (outbound) and incoming (inbound) calls.

With Contact Center, you can give your sales and customer service a boost. The clear user interfaces and versatile features make the agents’ daily tasks easier, and with the comprehensive reporting views, the admin users and company management can easily see an overview of the calls. The information in the CRM can be used to help the agents making or receiving the calls and any changes made in the data in Contact Center will be automatically updated in the CRM as well.
